Born and raised in Birmingham, Paul Fulford was restaurant critic of the Birmingham Mail for 20 years until he left in 2015 to set up his own website at paulfulford.co.uk.

He also offers PR and consultancy services to restaurants and bars.

Paul’s a keen cook, a wine-lover, has judged many culinary competitions and has appeared on TV food programmes and spoken on radio.
