The judges will consider the following when reviewing your application.
This category celebrates independently styled hotels that offer a unique and personalised guest experience. Judges are looking for design-led environments, attention to detail, exceptional service, and a strong identity. You should demonstrate what makes your hotel stand out, from décor and amenities to local partnerships and cultural influence. Strong guest feedback, innovation, and high-quality hospitality are key. Online reviews, including TripAdvisor, will be taken into account as part of the judging process.
The business must have been actively trading for a minimum period of 12 months
