Alex Nicholson-Evans is Commercial Director for Birmingham Museums. Her work includes overseeing the museum cafes, shops and venue hire business in addition to developing new sustainable income streams across nine museums in Birmingham.

Alex is passionate about putting Birmingham more firmly on the map! Indeed, it was her passion for Birmingham’s exciting and developing bar scene that led her to create Birmingham Cocktail Weekend and Birmingham Wine Weekend in her spare time. Alex works with venues across the city each year to showcase some of the very best of the city’s bar scene to a now national audience through these two annual festivals.
