Adam Andrew Hayes – Hospitality Professional and Fundraiser for the Stroke Association. Adam has worked in all aspects of hospitality industry, front and back of house respectively. Adam is a food writer and has his own site Hoot Hospitality to help maximise social media and marketing for anyone in the hospitality industry.

Adam suffered a AVM bleed Stroke aged 29 and took a natural step from Front of House into marketing for the Industry he loves so dearly. Initially left right side paralysed, he has made a strong recovery and has raised awareness for Stroke utilising his wealth of connections in the Midlands.
